It is so hard to see your children arguing,  picking on one another and even fighting.  You want them to love one another and  to be friends.  Perhaps that happens some of the time or most of the time, but then there are those times when the discord becomes so frustrating and disheartening.  Sometimes there is one child that seems more angry than the others.  You begin to question your ability as a parent.

The truth is most discord in the family come from common roots.  In this episode you will learn about 4 of the common roots to these arguments and what you can do about it.  Learn several ideas that you can apply as you work with your children and give them the tools they can use to defuse and negotiate when things get tense.
